To get maximum performance from high solid aerosol paints, proper storage is crucial. Always stack and store your paint cans horizontally, to keep the solids from migrating to the bottom of the can and becoming hard to mix. With the cans stored horizontally, the heavier solids will mix more easily with the solvent in the can. If you don’t use the cans frequently, try to rotate them every so often to keep the materials separated.
