Jim Steck, the engine guru behind “Bonnie,” the Bonneville record-setting (and IAP-sponsored) Alfa Spider often featured on this site, recently sent us photos and video of another project.
Yes, that is a ’32 Ford highboy, and yes, that is a 4-cam V8 liberated from an Alfa Romeo Montreal. Steck worked with the owner, a longtime hot rod and Alfa enthusiast, to create a car that looks like it might be the best of both worlds. It definitely looks like fun!
