Thank you for ordering our remanufactured Starter Motor #32266 or #32267.
These two units are in extremely short supply, and we are therefore requiring customers to send their old, rebuildable starter (core) to us before we can process and ship the order.
Specifically, we must receive the original-equipment starter, complete with the solenoid, for the same model year part you are purchasing. We will verify the original manufacturers numbers before accepting the core. If the core is not complete, correct and rebuildable (no cracked cases; fully assembled), we regret that we will have to return it to you.
Please note that we cannot sell these starters outright (without a core). Because of a shortage of rebuildable cores, there may be a delay in shipping your remanufactured starter.
We regret any inconvenience, but taking these steps is the only way we can ensure that the starters will continue to be available for sale.
