Note: To hold the cable, use the following parts
which are included with our valve # 8998:
83216221 - screw
40682080 - bracket
10615479 - washer
1. Remove heater valve. 2. To facilitate subsequent mounting
operation, cut wing in proximity of stud
for pipe retainer. 3. Fit new heater valve on heater core
and tighten nuts. Proceed with rear
mounting bolts to pipe flange. 4. Route heater valve cable as shown. |
