Here's how to install our performance headers on a Fiat 124 Spider:- Test-assemble the two halves before installation.
- If there are any burrs on the pipe ends from manufacture, now is the time to remove
them.
- It may help to use a large hose clamp where the 2 halves connect (on either the upper
section or on the down pipe) to position the pipes the same distance apart. This helps
when joining them together from under the car.
- Install the upper section onto the cylinder head.
- From under the car, install the down pipe. This is when the test-fit and hose clamp
make the job easier.
- Make sure all connections are tight. Re-install the oxygen sensor if your car is so
equipped.
