| On later Alfa Romeo Spiders with trunk-mounted batteries: watch out for corrosion in the right-rear fender caused by battery acid. Keep the battery clean, and if acid has spilled, flush the area under the battery with copious amounts of a water & baking soda mixture, followed by fresh water.
